The apartment is a part of a stone-made house surrounded by a 75 m2 flower garden and a terrace with grill in which a shade is provided by a kiwi trellised arch. In the apartment there is a bedroom, a fully furnished kitchen with a dinning room, a bathroom with a washing machine, a living room with a spaciuos sofa, a satellite TV and it is all air-conditioned.
