The apartment and rooms Rina are in Dubrovnik on Adriatic coast.Dubrovnik, called "The Pearl of the Mediterranean" is town with a unique political and cultural history(The Republic of Dubrovnik, the town Constitution from 1272) with a world- famous monument heritage and beauty.It has been included in the UNESCO register of world cultural heritage and is one of the most attractive and most famous towns in the Mediterranean.Beautiful beaches, rich history and cultural program, happenings, night life is just one part from rich offer of Dubrovnik.The house is situated in quite area on Pile Gate, 100 meters from the Old city.
We offering you one climatized apartment and 2 rooms.The apartment is 45 sguare meters with one bedroom for 2 persons and accessory bed for 2 persons in the living room with TVset and internet.Apartment also has well equipped kitchen and big bathroom.The kitchen contains an electric cooker, a fridge, pots, crokery and cutlery for 4 persons.The bathroom contains a WC, shower cabin, washing machine.Everything is newly built winter 2007.Apartment is in garden with separate entrance and large terrace.From the terrace you have marvellous view on the Old town and sea.
Rooms 1 and 2 are in the house on the same floor.Room 1 is 20 square meters for 2-3 persons.Room 2 is 18 square meters for 2 persons.They are equipped with TV set,internet, fridge overlooking on the old town, city walls, island Lokrum and sea.The bathroom contains a shower cabin,WC, washing machine.Rooms have a big terrace with a marvellous view on the town, city walls and sea.
