Rab Town is a typical medieval urban center surrounded by large walls that still surround the work. The old city is dominated by four bell towers mainly in the Romanesque style.
The entrance to the old town of Rab will await the white stone sunny Trg Sv. Christopher. On the square, a fountain with two sculptures Kalifront and the shepherdess Draga, figures from a legend of chastity and unhappy love.
Rab was before the Roman settlement whose emperor Octavian Augustus gave city status for his 10th municipium years before Christ.
